PVC Insulated Flexible Cable

These cables are preferably for installation indoors, in cable ducts and in industrial plants or switching stations, under ground installation, can be used in switchboards and distributor boards or where a thicker strand of multi-wire is required.

Single Core Stranded bare copper PVC Insulated Cable

Description:  H05V-R &H07V-R, PVC Insulated Copper Cable   

Conductors:  Class2 of plain annealed stranded copper  

Insulation:  Polyvinyl chloride PVC

Colour of Sheath:  Any Colour

Voltage Rating (Uo/U)  H05V-R: 300/500V  H07V-R:450/750V  

Test Voltage    H05V-R: 2kV for 5 minutes   H07V-R: 2.5kV for 5 minutes

Physical Properties

Maximal operating conductor Temperature: up to 70℃(PVC insulation); up to 90(XLPE insulation)

Operating Temperature Range: -5℃(PVC or LSZH sheath); -20℃(PE sheath)

Short Circuit Temperature(5 seconds maximum duration): 140-160℃(PVC insulation);250℃(XLPE insulation)
